All Sicce pumps are protected by a Multiple Year Warranty ranging from 3-5 Years. This warranty assumes that the owner has engaged in proper assembly, installation, use, and maintenance outlined in the Instruction Manual. Sicce is the ultimate decision-maker for whether their products have been used properly or improperly.
To make the potential warranty claiming process as simple as possible, we recommend that every Sicce product purchased be immediately registered on Sicce's websitewith your order information. This will ensure that Sicce has your info on file and can help you as quickly as possible.
This process is quite easy, and should take no more than 3-5 minutes. No personal info is shared with Sicce besides a Name and Email.
Let them know what the story is, and they will walk you through the process of receiving a repaired or replaced pump. Usually this includes shipping to Sicce US's location in Coconut Creek FL, have them inspect, and decide if a repair or replacement suits the issue best (in our experience, it's usually a replacement).
